Project required extensive programming and reviews with Owner’s departments. Floor plan is comprised of numerous individual offices, plus open office space and large conference room with oak paneling. Project scope included underground stormwater detention system. Phasing of project was required to enable Owner to continue operations during construction.

New 40,000 square foot office building addition with 30,000 square foot renovations for corporate hedquarters facility.
