When the original bar and grill (named "Plum Crazy") burned to the ground, the owners called Swanson Design Studios to plan their new restaurant from the ground up. The charming lighthouse tower entrance leads into the restaurant and bar area. A 32-foot commercial fishing boat serves as the main bar.

The student retreat center provides hotel accommodations for the St. Francis campus. This addition and renovation project included guest rooms, conference rooms, offices, and kitchen and dining facilities. The lobby welcomes guests with a 2-story stone fireplace and a rustic lodge atmosphere.

13,560 square feet providing lodging for 104 students.
